Automation

The parts that stop you doing manual work

Payments that just work

Stripe and PayPal integrated properly — including failed payments, refunds and webhook confirmations, so an order is only marked paid when the money actually arrived.

Live shipping rates

Costs calculated by API at checkout from real weight, size and destination — not guessed from a flat table.

Trigger emails

Order confirmation, receipt, dispatch notice and delivery update — sent automatically, branded as your store.

One source of truth

Stock, orders and customers stay synchronised with the CRM or ERP you already use. No spreadsheet re-typing, no two systems quietly disagreeing about what is in stock.

PCI-safe by design

Card data never touches your server — it goes straight to the gateway, which is exactly where liability should sit.

Technical detail

Under the hood

Catalog structure
Categories, variants, attributes, stock levels and pricing rules modelled around how your products are actually sold.
Cart & checkout
Persistent cart, quantity and stock validation, discount handling, and a checkout flow tested on mobile before launch.
Payments
Stripe and PayPal with webhook verification. Orders reconcile against real gateway events, not just browser redirects.
Shipping
Carrier APIs for live rates and delivery options, with fallback rules if a carrier endpoint is unavailable.
Integrations
Two-way sync with your CRM or ERP over its API, with error logging so a failed sync is visible instead of silent.
Handover
Repository transfer, admin accounts, gateway and carrier credentials documented and moved into your ownership.

“The shop runs itself now. Cart, product catalog and the connection to our internal system were all built to fit how we actually work. Card payments went live with Stripe and PayPal, shipping is calculated automatically, and customers get their receipts and order updates without anyone typing an email.”

questions

Tell us what you sell and how you currently process orders — the answer usually becomes obvious very quickly.

Whichever genuinely fits. A catalog with standard needs is faster and cheaper on an established platform; unusual pricing, bundling or integration logic is usually better built directly. You get the recommendation with the reasoning, not just a preference.
If it exposes an API or a supported export format, yes. Send the system name and documentation link when you enquire and you'll get a clear answer on feasibility before any commitment.
Stripe and PayPal are included in the base scope, which covers cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Local bank links or additional providers can be added as a separate scope item.
You register the Stripe and PayPal accounts in your own company name — the money goes directly to you. We handle the technical integration, keys and webhooks.
Yes. An admin area for adding products, editing stock and viewing orders is part of the delivery. You should never need a developer to change a price.
